Have a round table with half sentences
The time has come for a quick round table. Add this product to your shopping cart, finalize your purchase and click the link you receive in your order confirmation. Save the pdf on your PC. Now you can print as needed. Print one copy for each participant. Distribute the comic strip (the whole A4 sheet with both a Danish and an English version) and ask your employees or participants to begin spontaneously - one at a time.
The one with the deepest blue eyes must start
Complete the sentenses in the bubbles and pass it on to the next participant. When everyone has had their turn the chairperson can ask participants: What was the best you heard during this round? Write 3 headlines on a flip chart or a whiteboard. Now ask your participants to talk in pairs about these three headlines. Which headline is so important that it needs another round table? The comic strip is designed so that the short story begins with the individual and unfolds to the team.
A version full of energy
Invite everybode out on the floor and hand out one copy of the comic strip. Ask them to meet each other in pairs and to complete the speech bubbles on the basis of what concerns them most on the job. When finished in the pair everyone seeks a new partner and repeats the exercise. When everyone has had their turn at least 3 times ask for the most important things they heard. Write 3 headlines on a flip chart or a whiteboard. Ask your participants to talk in pairs about these three headlines. Which headline is so important that it needs another round table?
PS. Make it challenging to your participants. The statement in the third speech bubble that begins with the words: 'Therefore we wish everyone a ...' has to be completed in a new way every time.
