A picture helps you to say more than 1000 words
Dialoogle is a creative method to restart, renew and qualify communication in small and large groups. The method is based on a series of picture cards of high quality with designs that make it easy to think creatively and express opinions and ideas very precisely.
Dialoogle pictures make the conversation more open, fun, direct and effective. The value of the talks will be higher. Dialoogle is used by managers, teachers and psychologists, HR professionals, consultants and coaches who want to improve the quality of calls.

A good start
Above you can see 10 photos. Choose one of these photos that you think says something about you. It must be something I did not know about in advance. Then I find a picture too, hmm ... I pick the card with the large and the small hand.
Now you have also chosen your picture card. Let's say I start:
'I have chosen the image of adult hand that holds the small hand. I have chosen it because a few months ago I was in an airport que - waiting. We stood quite and we were all strangers. Suddenly I felt a small child's hand in my hand. I reacted because I was alone on this trip.
I look down and see a little, sweet boy. He obviously takes me to be his father. Gently I say 'hello' to him and he looks up. Oddly enough, he was not frightened, but quietly he pulls his hand and then he looks for his father who was standing on the other side. And then the story is no longer. My point is that I enjoy to guide others in the right direction. It just needs to be gently and involving.'
Now it's your turn!
When I have listened to your story, we both seek new partners to talk to. When we all have been doing this for a few minutes, we make the task a little more difficult. Now, participants exchange picture cards when they finish presenting themselves. That is, they swop cards, which they must present themselves from. Let the exercise continue until the energy peaks.
You have already guessed it. The method is particularly effective when the ice must be broken in a group.
This is how to use Dialoolge picture cards in 3 different ways
It always starts with a desire from management involving employees in an important issue. It can be the collaboration, the customer service, getting to know each other better. A process where employees should get to know something better always starts with a good conversation. Using picture cards is a very effective way.
But the beginning sounds a little different. The manager knows about the issue. The manager knows what to ask the employees. And the manager has chosen the picture cards that need to be laid out and to be ready for the employees. Now the leader says, 'Get up and come over here' (a place in the meeting room, an adjoining room or an outdoor place). Employees follow the manager to the place where the picture cards are located. Now the leader presents the issue and explains why it is a good idea for everyone to talk in depth about it. 'First I want to ask you to choose a picture card that you find illustrates X'. All employees now find a picture card and pull back a little so everyone can get to. They do not know what to do with the picture card yet. That instruction comes from the manager now: 'Now find a colleague and explain why you just chose that picture card and what you really think about case X.'
The method above is a basic method. Choose a picture card and say something about it. You can also ask your employees to choose an image that says something about themselves. They can present it to 1 or 2 or more colleagues and then receive all the colleagues' feedback based on the picture cards they have chosen. Thus, each picture card is used for 2 presentations.
Select multiple images and give them different meanings. For example, you can ask each employee to choose a picture card of an 'issue' they have difficulty with (a relationship, a task, a method). For this, you ask them to choose 1 picture card that illustrates what you have such a hard time with, 1 picture card that illustrates what is actually easy and 1 picture card that illustrates what could dissolve and help the situation. So a total of 4 picture cards. Now each employee can sit down with a colleague and explain his or her case and be coached by a colleague who asks about the situation, the difficulties and the help.
Together, the team presents their joint speech, their solutions to a problem, their project using picture cards that they have chosen in advance. The team stands in a row and turns the picture card over when it is their turn and explains what the picture card illustrates.
